The Incredibly Short Film Festival was originally devised to be projected in and around the bustling night-time district of Kings Cross. The films can act as a fun, public way to entertain, engage and create a sense of community and connectedness through shared experiences for street revellers and film lovers alike.
By including beautifully animated messages, we can inspire people to act in a positive way while they’re in the area and afterwards. These messages are being created and submitted by an international community of animators and designers.
These projected works, appearing in and around cities is an amazing way to bring life and art to people on the street. When people come across a beautiful film as they wander about the street, they can absorb it almost instantly and who doesn’t love animated cat videos?
